Hi, I'm looking for something I can make for dinner tonight with chicken breasts - preferably something light as I am not too hungry, and low carb. Thank you :)

    My first response to the title is...a chicken bra.

    tomatoes and basil and garlic and onion make a very quick and easy sauce just add to some cous cous or pasta or salad or stuff a pepper and bake, for instance

    I've just had a lovely cous cous salad with mint & lemon, red pepper and cucumber. That would go lovely with chicken and some salad leaves.
