I want to eat more veggies during the course of a day, but we only seem to eat one helping of them at dinner time. Through out the rest of the day it seems to be fruits im eating. New and would love some friends here
Im new to the site, joined today and still trying to figure it out. Im a 26 yr old stay at home mom to 4 kiddos ages 6 and under, trying to lose all this baby weight, about 40 lbs or so, to be able to be more active with them and could really use some friends on here for motivation.
