Can some one please take a look at my diary and tell me what I'm doing wrong ? I'm not gaining but I'm not losing either . I breast feed and eat around 1800 to 2400 calories a day . I'm also on birth control could this be my problem ? I do cardio and strength training mon-friday (I alternate between the two)
I still feel like I'm not on the right track as far as eating . I have lost 4lbs but gained 1lbs back :( Also add me please :)
Any tips from breastfeeding mommas ? Not really sure what to put for calories burned
