Under 50 calorie jello deserts
I found a couple of jello deserts online that are both under 50 calories! I went out right away and bought the stuff that I needed. I tasted one of them before it set and I was so tempted to eat it. Do you have low calorie jello deserts that you would be willing to share?

Trying to get some exerscie in during the day
Since I'm having trouble finding the motovating after work to do exerscice I am hopeful that starting to take the stairs once a day to begin with will help me to get moving. Wish me luck!
