Hi, Ive just started to sync my work out apps with my fitness. but today i noticed that i get less calories as i have done a work out. can anyone help me out with this as it does seem a little odd? Cheers Duncan
Hi im after some advice. I'm struggling to fit in my riding time I want to lose weight love cycling but due to work I can ride at 4am or 830pm. If I ride in the morning its just a case of weather and water But the evening I struggle with when to eat as any decent ride get me in after 9. And advice or direction? Please?
