Anyone know how to add the fiber and sodium columns to the food dairy? I have seen it on other peoples and would like to add it to mine! Also there is a place for morning snack, mid day snack and evening snack. Anybody have a clue how to add this?

are baked potatos and rice bad for you?
I love potatos, especially baked potatos. I like it wilth a salad. Many people have said to stay away from potatos and rice and pasta when you are dieting. Is this true?

How to log in exercise?????
I have been doing the Leslie Sansone workout dvds at home, but I am not sure how to log it in MFP. Any ideas? Would it fall under aerobics? Its a real workout!

what to drink other than water?
Since I have been dieting I havent had a pop in almost 10 wks. Considering I used to have about 3 or 4 a day I am doing pretty good. I have been drinking ALOT of water, some oj. Is there anything else I can drink that wouldnt be so bad for me? Suggestions?????

zumba anyone?
Whats your thouhts on Zumba workouts? I have seen them doing Zumba at the gym but have never done it. Does it give you a good workout? I have been using the treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike and also doing some strength trainging, but now I am looking for something to mix it up a little...lol :laugh:

anyone tried the 100 calorie pre packaged snacks? Are they something that I should stay away from or would they be ok in between meals?

need help on calorie quest about mfp app
I am wondering about my calories. I have figured to eat around 1200 calories a day, most days I usually end up eating only round 1000.
