30 Day Shred is a workout dvd by Jillian Michaels..... it is an awesome workout.... I purchased mine from Walmart it is around 10 dollars....

This I totally agree with... invest in measuring cups and a scale to weigh your meat and other products like chips and such... this really helped me to keep from overeating....

Oh I love Subway....I get the oven roasted chicken...on wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion, green peppers, jalapeno pepper, banana peppers and vinegar....mmmm good...NO CHEESE....

just look for the low cal snacks.....ex.. 100 calorie snack packs jello sugar free pudding (60 cals) special k granola bars....90 cals yogurt yoplait delights mmm good carrots celery I buy the Basking robbins sugar free hard candy cookies n' cream....tastes awesome...only 10 cals per piece...kind of takes the edge off of…
