I love the Jillians 30DS it was great. I did it for the month of June and I got great results. More muscle definition and more ab definition. Much more toned afterwards as well..... I highly recommend it....

I gave up pop in January. Went cold turkey. Don't even miss it a bit. I drink alot water now. And trust me you will see a big difference in your weight if you stop drinking it.

Hello. I am 5'3 and right now I weigh 134. My original goal was 130 but the closer I get to 130 the more I want to push to 125. I will make up my mind when I reach 130 and see if I am happy with than. :happy:

Yes. I did it for 30 days in a roll. I did it the whole month of June. I loved the results. After just level 1 my stomach area was more toned. After level 2 I was getting more toned legs. At the end of the 30 days I was seeing more muscle tone. Loved the workout and highly recommend it. Hope this helps. :happy:
