    Thank you!!!! I lost the 21lbs last summer and slacked off. I lost 39lbs in three months, which is about right if you're losing 10lbs a month. I didn't work out until I lost 30lbs total. The workouts really jump started the weight loss. :)

    Thank you so much!!! I lost 21lbs last year without really focusing, but just not doing horrible. I lost the 39lbs in three months. I think because I had a lot to lose the first part just kinda fell off. I've had rocky weeks, but overall it wasn't that bad. I've prepared myself for a plateau though, because I know it's coming! Good luck on your weight loss journey!!! You totally got this!!! :)
