NSV - My pants are too loose!

Dropped 21.5 lbs so far, and my 38 waist pants will fall off without a belt, so I tried on the old pair of jeans with the 36 inch waist, and those fit comfortably, even a bit loose. The 34-inch jeans will button up, but I'm still a bit squished, so those will have to wait for another little bit. But I'm back down to a waist size where my chances of a heart attack are much lower, statistically, and I REALLY like that combined with my 110/60 blood pressure.

    Health is way more important than vanity, but luckily in aiming for health, vanity comes along for the ride and you get a better looking body, too! = D Congratulations! Keep up the good work!

    Congratulations!!! How exciting is that??!!!
    The blood pressure was an NSV for me too along with an entire queen size bed that is covered with clothes that I can't wear anymore!!

    Shoot one of these days you will be fitting into those 34s with room to spare!!
