I'm sorry if this is a frequent question. I have synced my Fitbit with my app, should I put my fitness level to "not active" to properly track my calorie "output".

Calorie counting: weekly vs daily
I am just wondering how people felt about looking your calorie intake as weekly. If eating under one day helps balance eating over another day.

Getting back on track
So I lost 40 lbs last year and through depression and an injury at work I gained 20 of that back. I am looking forward to hoping back on the bandwagon and have actually lost 4 lbs already (water weight im sure but its a start) I am a full time health service tech at a state prison.
