Plan what you are going to eat, bring healthier options to share, get active. Basically what everyone else said. You don't want to deprive yourself nor overindulge.

Ditto what everyone else said. I would get rid of the sugary stuff, you can't eat it if its not there. Keep on hand a few reasonable portioned treats. Try not to give in. Its a slippery slope as you have seen. Don't beat yourself up over it though we all have done it.

recently getting back to being healthy myself. Life does get crazy but you just need the right people to keep you motivated. Let me know if I can help you with that

Was looking at this myself today. I found Cascadian farms protein is good. The honey roasted nut is awesome (if you like peanut butter). Its organic as well. *stupid autocorrect types Caucasian at first

I found that when I weighed in everyday I would juß get more frustrated because I wasn't seeing results. With weighing every one to two weeks I find it more encouraging when I saw the two or three pounds gone

I was looking into a fitbit for the same reason. Apparently the fit bit is a little buggy and basically a glorified Pedometer. With this info I'm thinking a hr monitor would be a better option.
