Ok I need to lose this time I quit smoking and I'm 78 days into that and feel great and accomplished so now for the weight to come off I need friends to help out with this so please add me.
So this week I've going swimming 2 times and did 30 min of treading water and wow it makes you tired my body felt very tired the next day even loved it.
Has anyone used this for a starter to lifting machine weights? I know lifting free weights is better but don't feel comfortable at this point doing it. I just want to know anyone's experience with using activtrax to set up your workout and how you liked it.
I just joined the Y last week i went 4 days last week just did cardio for 20 or 30 min. I'm so far out of shape. I'm planning on getting a personal trainer in May (money doesn't allow for it till then) I want to add in some weights too.
