So I've lost 10lbs since Jan and my belly is definitely smaller, but the last of the gut and the EFFING love handles are holding on for dear life! Is anyone else experiencing this/have any advice? Are they the last thing to go?
So I'm way confused over what my baseline caloric intake should be. MFP calculates my baseline at 2080 with 'light activity.' The calorie calculator at cancer.org calculates my baseline at 2522! That's kind of a HUGE difference! I've also seen a lot of people posting that MFP overcalculates calories burned during exercise…
