I've not run in a week and I can't even tell you why. For 3 months I've been getting up at 5am for a run 3 x a week (sometimes 4) and progressing really well, now up to 4 miles and I really enjoy it. But this week I just have no motivation to go out at all. How do I get it back!?
I have been courting cals and exercising for 2 weeks now, and haven't seen a single drop in the scales - what's going wrong? I've dieted before and lost and I can't work out why it's not happening this time?! Any suggestions?
