Help!!! So I waitress 2 days a week but I don't want to up my activity level on here because of the other days...how would you up your calories? I was thinking it might be the equivalent of moderate cleaning...what do you think?

I'm starting a boot camp class at the gym tonight. I do not have a HRM. How should I log?

Going from low carb to another diet?
Will I gain weight? I want to switch from low carb to something more like weight watchers...but I don't want to go backwards.

I don't know where to start...
I've got the diet thing down! Exercise...not so much. I don't know where to start. I have two young children and my husband works 60-80 hours a week so there is no hope for going to the gym... Should I invest in a double jogger stroller? Work out suggestions welcomed! Thanks in advance!

Hey everybody! I'm new to this site. I'm a stay at home mom to two little munchkins, Genna and Sophia. I need to lose about 90 lbs to get to my goal weight of 140lbs. I'm very excited to get back in shape! I'm always up for a challenge, teaming-up, or what ever comes along! Hannah
