Eating back exercise calories
I have 2.5 kg to go till goal. Been plateauing for 8 weeks. Ok burn around 2000 calories a week exercising. Am eating some back but not all. What are your thoughts? Should I be concentrating on total or net calories?

Totally confused! Net and Total Calories (Weekly Goals)
i am totally confused on my total weekly calorie goal compared to net for the week. I wear a Fitbit hr to tell me my cals burnt . For example my total cals for last week of 7 days is 12453 and the net is 9212 for 7 days. So that is 3332 difference. I am roughly burning around 2000 cals a day from what the Fitbit indicates.…

Im 5ft 3 and 141 lb. I am a 53 year old massage therapist who is very active with spin and boot camp 4 times a week. I work 3 days a week and my work doesn't really get the heart rate up that much.
