@lartishs Pw 62.5 kg Cw 62.5 kg Hard week with sugar. Really want to work on this over next few days as sugary food is my worst enemy. On good news our first granddaughter is finally coming out of hospital today after being born 9 days ago. It's been a massive stressful time hence why all the bingeing on sugar crap.

For the last 2 weekends I have gone over on my calories which had put my weekly amount up which in turn potentially cancels out a loss. Thankyou so much for your input I will definitely put some thought into it.

The dog walking is because the fit bit wasn't on. No charge. Days that I do a lot of tennis I'm burning more than was calculated before fit bit. I guess loosing confidence in myself that I can shift the last few kgs.

Just checked my bml and it is 1313 cals. I don't have a fitbit to check how many cals I am burning. There is so many variations on here for exercise cals and nothing for work cals. Anyway thanks for posting :) :)

I'm 5ft3 and 64.5kg and age 53. I have been on 1300 cal a day for 8 weeks with a lose of 4 kg. I am a massage therapist and am very active. As from today I have upped my cals to 1500 a day. Thankyou for your advice, yes I have found out I definitely cant stay on 50-70 gr of carbs a day, but would like To try 150 grammes a day. Prior to starting on this my diet had a huge component of carb. I am a massage therapist so burn alot of energy. Anyway will modify diet so I dont feel so washed out. Again thanks for…
