Not so much a loss as an offset to last week but happy to see the reduction. The holiday parties have started and the kids we'll be coming home soon for Christmas so I need to stay on the nice list (eating-wise) for the next few weeks.3 -

Not sure how much exercise I will get this coming week. Next two days I have stuff going on and Wednesday is a travelling day. I will be playing in the pool lots in the Dominican with the grandkids. Depending on the pools, I may get a few laps in. I had a terrible sleep last night. Off to get my nails done.
My goals this week are:
Log food at least 5 days.
Sleep 6.5 hours minimum
Exercise 3 to 4 days

Can you tell which days I was recovering from food poisoning???
Today was a good day. Stayed on track with my eating. I've been making this korean-style veggie pancake lately as a way to use up lots of veggies in the fridge and I'm loving it.
Went to the gym, walked on the treadmill followed by spin class.
We also had blowing snow today- yay! Supposed to get cold tonight. It's about 23 fahrenheit now at 8:30 pm. We have a nice fire going...3 -

Today was a good day. Stayed on track with my eating. I've been making this korean-style veggie pancake lately as a way to use up lots of veggies in the fridge and I'm loving it.

I will start back on my goals after vacation. I am excited but nervous. My son-in-law is picking me up at 2:30 am to drive to Toronto to get the plane. We fly out at 9:15 am. I got lots of steps packing yesterday. We are supposed to have good wifi so I will try to check in and post my steps. I am getting my injections this morning so hopefully my back will be a bit better for the airport.
@Megan_smartiepants1970 and @jugar will be taking care of the weights while I am gone. Let them know if you have any changes.My goals this week are:

12/11 - 1703. Cold rain all day.
12/12 - 11528. Rainy but went out.
12/13 - 14711. Sea world, walked to store.
Calories - 2400
Exercise - none. Lots of rain last few days and frigid Temps. Even sea world was very cold. We were trying to get a picture with bumble, who didn't appear today.2 -

Hi All
Sorry I've been away from here since Saturday. My first grand daughter was born on Saturday and was flown to another hospitals intensive care. I flew to the hospital have been supporting my son and wife. Today I will fly back home.
It's been a challenging week. But we have good news now. I'm sorry I have missed a weigh in on Tuesday.
My eating has been ok. Probably lost weight to stress.
Do you want me weigh tomorrow or wait till next tuesday?

Hi everyone, I can't believe it's halfway through the month and I'm just posting for the first time! I'm very sorry for my absence... the same sickness I had from mid-October to late November is back with a vengeance. I did test negative for covid at least but it's frustrating because I'm negative for everything, but there's no denying I'm sick. Current thought is that this is just my lupus going a little haywire.
ANYWAY - since it's been a while...

I'm usually just in the background doing the weekly team tallies (and dang it all, you are the team to beat most the time!!!!) - so it will be fun to step in to help out while Linda and Megan are away for a few days.
