Helloeveryone I’m here with my weigh in and a small update.
Previous weight 219.6
Current weight 219.6
No change on the scale again. I’m not too worried about this as I’ve had a very difficult week. I’m genuinely happy that I’ve managed to maintained.
Last weekend we had our 2 concerts plus 2 Christmas parties. I got a very bad allergic reaction to some make up and on top of it, I was also allergic to the cream I was given. I struggled all week with a very sore itchy and swollen face. After seeing a doctor and starting a new treatment the swelling is much better now just in time for our karate tournament this morning.

Had our team baseball party last night. I hadn't seen the guys since September and I was wearing a big sweatshirt then. The amount of compliments I got was soooo amazing. They couldn't believe how different I looked. It was so great.2
