At the upper end of my maintenance range, im finding it difficult atm with the xmas celebrations starting. So easily led. For example, a colleague bought a packet of biscuits at work, so i thought id allow myself 2, but i was on the phone and she kept handing me more and before i knew it id eaten another 3 without even realising. Dangerous time of year. Theres been meals out this week and theres a buffet lunch on monday too. Need to do more exercise to offset it i think2 -

Like clockwork I'm sick the week before Christmas. So far just a cold which I guess I should be happy just to have that. In 2018 and 2019 I had the flu and missed Christmas.0
