Not so much a loss as an offset to last week but happy to see the reduction. The holiday parties have started and the kids we'll be coming home soon for Christmas so I need to stay on the nice list (eating-wise) for the next few weeks.3 -

Not sure how much exercise I will get this coming week. Next two days I have stuff going on and Wednesday is a travelling day. I will be playing in the pool lots in the Dominican with the grandkids. Depending on the pools, I may get a few laps in. I had a terrible sleep last night. Off to get my nails done.
My goals this week are:
Log food at least 5 days.
Sleep 6.5 hours minimum
Exercise 3 to 4 days

Can you tell which days I was recovering from food poisoning???
Today was a good day. Stayed on track with my eating. I've been making this korean-style veggie pancake lately as a way to use up lots of veggies in the fridge and I'm loving it.
Went to the gym, walked on the treadmill followed by spin class.
We also had blowing snow today- yay! Supposed to get cold tonight. It's about 23 fahrenheit now at 8:30 pm. We have a nice fire going...3 -

Steps: 4,691
I will start back on my goals after vacation. I am excited but nervous. My son-in-law is picking me up at 2:30 am to drive to Toronto to get the plane. We fly out at 9:15 am. I got lots of steps packing yesterday. We are supposed to have good wifi so I will try to check in and post my steps. I am getting my injections this morning so hopefully my back will be a bit better for the airport.
@Megan_smartiepants1970 and @jugar will be taking care of the weights while I am gone. Let them know if you have any changes.My goals this week are:
