I can't use my ankle, and most cardio I know of requires you to be on your legs. I don't live near/ or have a pool or I would be doing laps everyday in that thing. I have another week and a half of staying off my ankle, I've maintained eating right, I just want to get in some cardio. Any tips? thanks in advanced!
