I got bananas, fat free yogurt, strawberries, apples, red grapes, and sugar free jello. I need more snack ideas. I'm looking for good snacks that are low in sodium and low in sugar. Any suggestions?
On his webpage, Chris mentions eating low carbs for two days then high carbs the next. I don't quite get what that means. What are examples of high carbs and low carbs? How many carbs should I eat on low carb and high carb days?
