What is the best way to build muscle and definition while also losing weight? Don't you have to increase you calorie intake when weight lifting or else won't your body have nothing to build off of? My fitness suggestion was 1,200 calories a week. But is that enough if I am weight lifting 3 times a week?
I don't know what the heck I'd do without my crockpot. It's a huge time saver for me on busy days which is very frequent and I can make loads of high protein meals and throw in some veggies too. Does anyone else rely on their crockpot a lot? What are some of your staple recipes?
Raw milk is a topic people seem to feel strongly about. Either way, my brother's close friend swears by it for his post-workouts. Anyone else consume raw milk for weight training, or even just for health benefits? Just curious.
