Needing a bit of support
Hi there, So I currently weigh 55kg (121lbs) and my goal weight sits around 50-52kg (110-114lbs). I've been sort of up and down with my weight - bouncing between 56 and 50 since I was about 18 - and I'm worried all this gain and loss is just going to continue in a vicious circle. I'm aware I don't need to lose weight but…
