Need some guidance on Strength Training/Toning
Well, I am on day five of my “back to the gym!” routine. My plan, 6 days a week – at least 45 minutes of cardio. After the first 2 weeks I’m going to knock it back to 30 minutes of cardio, then work on 30 minutes of strength training!
