Norway anyone?
I moved from the US to Norway several months ago. I've been gaining weight slowly over the last couple of years after a really nice weight loss that I was proud of. I stopped logging and exercising as much and I need to do something about it. I need good ideas. The produce here is a lot different than what I'm used (less…

I am unsure how long I should give myself to recover. I am trying to make sure I workout every other day, and walk every day. Since I was so…

Gardening Question
Two days this week I worked in the garden, digging out new beds, hauling soil, framing the beds with brick, etc. Each time I worked a little over two hours. When i put 2 hours of gardening into the exercise calculator it has me burning 599 calories. Is that possible? I mean, it is labor intensive, but 599 calories seems…

New here
Hi, I'm new here and just wanted to check in and say "hi." I'm hoping to lose approximately 25 lbs by sometime this summer. I have been stuck at my current weight for several months and am hoping to break through the plateau.
