Norway anyone?

I moved from the US to Norway several months ago. I've been gaining weight slowly over the last couple of years after a really nice weight loss that I was proud of. I stopped logging and exercising as much and I need to do something about it. I need good ideas. The produce here is a lot different than what I'm used (less variety), and a lot of the foods are new and different. I've started walking more again, and we just got a rowing machine and kettle bells. Reading labels is hard in metric and then in a different language but I will figure it out. If you have any ideas to share or want to be friends, please add me! I don't have a lot of motivation around me at the moment.
