Is there anyone interested in starting up a Crossfit thread where you post WOD's? If so, let me know. I'm a crossfit newbie but I think I'm in love. The functional fitness aspect of it just makes sense to me. I always feel so empowered by the workout. (afterwards of course, because I feel like I'm going to die during it)

DAY 1
Today, I decided to try out the site. I misunderstood the calories in/out thing a little bit and only wound up with 110 calorie deficit for the day. Tomorrow, I will cut some more of the calories. I believe that losing weight is simple math. As long as you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. This is…
