Hi im started off at 205 currently 196pounds. I play hockey twice a week wed and fri. friday i have achey legs so never can go all out. i walk 2-3 miles a day on my lunch break at 4mph very brisk pace. Hi names Rich, let myself go abit over the last two years. used to play high level sport so aiming to get back to that. Eating bugger all calories a day and doing 4000 calories worth of exercise a week so should lose it fast i hope, but be horrendously tired i imagine. anyways HELLOOOOOO
