new routine

Hi i am looking for some advice. i was doing 3 weight training workouts before and two cardio a week but im not fit enough as i want to be.

I want to focus more on cardio so i can perform at a high and constant level over a 90 minute football match and also be able to do a half marathon next year.

Im 12 stone. slim/average build. would class me as as unfit at minute not horendously unfit as i can run a mile in sub 8 minutes etc.

Just want to know what to do and how to get super fit as in sportsman fit.

i play hockey saturday and wednesday at present. for hour and a half a time. i have weights available aswell as simple running shoes etc along with an insanity plyometrics workout dvd is this helps.

What should i do to get to that super fit status? I have alot of spare time as i commute 5mins so no time issues.
