What is one thing that helped you stay on track while you were losing weight? How many pounds did you lose so far & how many more to go? How much time did it take you to lose that many pounds? What are your food and workout philosophies?

To lose 25 pounds in 6 months..
Lost 4-5 pounds since the beginning of this year with minimal workouts & normal eating.. Have got to lose 25 pounds in the next 6 months.. I want to stick to losing 1 pound per week.. What is one best advice that you can give me to make sure I stay on track these next 6 months..

Does yoga fall under strength training?
Why can't I find yoga under strength training in MFP's exercise cataog? We are using our own body weight in yoga & helps with lean muscles, isn't it? Why is it listed under cardio? I do walking & zumba for cardio, and yoga for strength training? Please provide your honest feedback on whether I'm on the right track.

Need your inputs on my workout routine
This is my first post... so please be nice to me :) I am 5’4” & came down from 160 lbs to 145 in the past 5 months.. I am apple shaped (skinny arms n legs & a round-visible tummy..grrr). My daily net calories are 1200 which I comply to 90% of the time. My goals are to reach 125 lbs & possibly an hour-glass or close…
