anyone know how I can calculate calories burned through intensive weight lifting doings legs one day and arms the next thanks in advance Debbie xx

just joined this today have been working out eating healthy for last 4 weeks and have lost 9 pounds which for me is quiet slow I'm working out 5 days a week doing Cardio 45 mins and also 40 mins of weights on the two days I'm not in the gym doing my cardio basically today I logged my calories and work out and got feed back…
