Should I Increase my Calorie Goals?
MFP puts me at 1230 calories a day and I eat around 1200-1400 on any given day. I never eat all of my exercise calories back (I burn between 350-550 around 5 days a week) I feel like 1230 is a bit too low and it's starting to reflect in my weight loss. ...Sugar?
I have noticed I always seem to go over my daily sugar limit. MFP limits me at 25 grams of sugar a day and usually it's fruit that puts me over. Is this a problem? I don't eat TONS of fruit (probably around 2 or 3 (at the most) servings a day) so I don't think it particularly is. Any help, guys?

I woke up this morning with a horrible sore throat and a low-grade fever of 99.6 degrees. :( Should I take a rest day? Yesterday was my scheduled rest day and I'd hate to take another day off.
