How long do you wear it?
Hey, just wondering how long most people wear their HRM after a workout? I've been starting it right when I begin exercising, and then I usually leave it on until my HR drops out of the fat burning range.... which I guess can be anywhere from 10min to 30 min. Does this seem fair? Or do you think that I'm leaving it on too…

2 Weeks in and not 1lb lost :(
I realize now that I'm 36 and no longer 20..... but even just 2-3 years ago there was a time when I would begin to watch what I eat and exercise like I am doing and drop easily 5lbs in a week or two. Eating calories
SO, it says I should eat 1,200 calories a day and then adds my exercise to the 1,200 calories. Just wondering if it's best to HIT my calorie requirements for the day OR should i aim for being under? Someday's it says I should eat 2,000 calories. Definitely don't wanna go into starvation mode.....
