Anyone else on 1330 calories a day?
I've been trying to stick to 1500 a day and having trouble, but joining this site they tell me I should be at 1330 calories a day. I know there is some things I could cut out from my meals to help but I am curious what are some things you eat (or don't eat) to stay within 1330? I'd love to see your food diary if you are on…
