Thanks, it does help! I like the idea of adding fruit juice to carbonated water as the thing I am finding hardest to give up about soda is the bubbliness.

Thanks everyone, this really helps! I'm usually a very picky person food ways but I am looking forward to trying new things and breaking away from the same (and most times unhealthy) foods. So it will definitely be interesting for me to see other's diets like gluten free, vegetarian, etc.

Just started on my weight loss and so far I've only cut out fast food and cut down on soda. I've also cut down on portion sizes and hoping to eventually stop soda altogether.
