Lifting Question - Calculating weight
I recently started NROLFW and I am a little confused as to how I should be tracking the weight I am lifting. For example, on the Dumbbell Shoulder Press I use two 15lbs dumbbells and I track this as 15lbs. Where I am confused is when using a barbell.
