Adjusting to the new me and subsequent problems
While I'm excited to be healthier and smaller, some issues have cropped up that I'm dealing with and I'd appreciate feedback for others who are experiencing the same thing. 1. I've heard a lot of comments recently about my weight loss. Sometimes, it's nice to hear, but it's also disconcerting at times. See there are women…

Yippee- It's my 1st fitversary! (with pics)
I have read so many success stories during this past year to inspire me and now it's my turn to share about my journey. Non-weight, but related NSV
I've been on a plateau for 2.5 weeks, but my body fat and muscle % have changed. When I compared these numbers from the beginning of March, I have lost 24 lbs fat (dropped 11% fat) and gained 9 lbs lean body mass (gained almost 5% muscle). So, the number on the scale isn't everything after all :D

So excited about my NSV
I have always wanted to be a runner, but have never had the stamina and conditioning to do so. Well, today, I ran 4.25 miles at a 5.1 mph pace! So proud of myself :)

100th day on this journey!
So far, so good :) . 100 days in and I've hit my halfway mark of 33.5 lbs. I lost 18 lbs in July, 9 lbs in August, 4 lbs in September, and 2 lbs this month. I just had a 2 wk plateau which was frustrating, but I just keep plowing through. Yesterday, I ran 4.25 miles which is a huge accomplishment for me. I was hoping to…
