30 Day Shred Not A Challenge?
Have had a peek through a couple of 30 day shred threads - is there anyone out there who did it & didn't find it a challenge? I currently do a mix of cardio, boxercise, weights & step for an hour 5 times a week. I tried Level 1 of the shred & although tiring I didn't really feel it pushed me. Does it get a great deal…
