Advice on shifting the last 1/2 a stone

Hi All,
Have read through a few threads and there seems to be a wealth of advice and experience here so thought I'd ask you to share some with me.
I lost 6 stone exactly following Slimming World over the course of a year. I've loosened up a bit end been eating a bit more normally for about 6 months - and regained 1/2 a stone.
I work out at the gym a minimum of 4 times a week for an hour. I eat on average 1300 calories a day, including a protein shake. I guess what I'm asking is what could is shake up or change to shift the 1/2 a stone again & keep it off? Could really do with some fresh ideas. I eat fresh meat, fruit and veg each day with few carbs. I am 5 foot 8 and weigh 11 stone 2.
So what works for you & what did you switch up/add/stop to reach your final goal & maintain while being able to still enjoy your food and life!
Many thanks is in advance
