Crossfit Question
For those familiar with Crossfit, how do you calculate your calories burned for a Crossfit WOD? Recently a friend and I figured we probably burn 300 calories per every 10 minutes of a WOD regardless of the Workout. Has anyone found anything more accurate? If you have, please share. Thanks much!
