Most girls have the horrid "love handles". But what do you do when they begin to stick out further than your butt/upper waist? Any certain diets recommended? Any certain exercises recommended? I don't feel beautiful with these things, so any support or advice is greatly appreciated. thank you:)
I've been using myfitnesspal for i would say a month, it helps me keep track of my calories but sometimes it just isn't enough. And when i decide to cheat a little and have some chocolate or whateever, i end up over eating. I need help finding foods that fill me up, and low in calorie and fat. Any meals, snacks, desserts…
