Motivation to push through the diet?

I've been using myfitnesspal for i would say a month, it helps me keep track of my calories but sometimes it just isn't enough. And when i decide to cheat a little and have some chocolate or whateever, i end up over eating. I need help finding foods that fill me up, and low in calorie and fat. Any meals, snacks, desserts that fit this?
