What is working for me: I plan my meals for the week (M-F) I shop Saturday. There is no time wasted and no chance for cheating because I know what I'm cooking/preparing. Doing some research: can you all answer this question "yes" or "no". During the day do you find it difficult to keep track counting your water intake (especially if you didn't have myfitnesspal to record)>

Accountability
