Hi! I'm pretty new, and I was wondering do I eat back my exercise calories, or stick to 1200 calories a day? Or is it really just to give you a little wiggle-room?
My goal calorie total is 1200 a day, but I'm never able to reach that without practically shoving food down my throat. I hardly ever have an appetite anymore, even though I know I HAVE to eat that many calories. Should I only eat when I'm hungry, or continue trying to reach the caloric goal?
