Caloric Goal 1500 never changes
Has anyone else noticed that the caloric goal does not go below 1500? Mine used to move around at the 1400 range. But since one of the updates, no matter if I want to lose 1 pound a week or 2 pounds a week, or if my weight goes up or down, it never changes.

Calories burnt resting vs. calories burnt exercising
Do I need to subtract calories that I would normally burn resting from the calories I burnt during exercising? I have a Polar heart monitor that tells me I burned 35 calories in 15 minutes of resting. Now, if I play tennis for 15 minutes and burn 100 calories, should I subtract the resting calories of 35 and enter 65…

5'7" medium frame male: ideal weight and goals
Hello all, I am a 5'7" medium frame male. I weigh 164 lbs, down from 179.5 lbs. My weight loss goal is 1 lb./week. My recommended MFP calorie intake is 1480, down from 1510 and 1550. So far, so good. But I keep going back and forth on what my end goal weight should be; 155? 150? 145? 143? All suggestions are appreciated.

Spinach Juice nutrition
The MyFitnessPal nutrients for spinach juice shows only sodium, carbs and fiber but nothing for Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, or Calcium. My wife and searched the Internet and found spinach juice does contain these benefits.
