New Rules of lifting question!
Hey guys and gals! I'm starting the new rules of lifting for women tomorrow and just wanted to ask if its the best thing for me to up my calories straight away? I currently work out 3-4 times a week but only doing cardio and eat around 1500 cals a day is this enough or should i bump it up? Nikki X
