i just started lifting yesterday i'm using the new rules of lifting for women it looks like a great program and explains how to perform each exercise plus when to increase your weights im fnding it really useful!

Woah havent logged in for awhile sorry guys.... Anywho i am on target for water & exercise But i went over on cals on thurs :sad: However i have cmpleted 450 situps for the challenge!!!

checking in today ALL is well!! completed everything for the day and on 100 crunches for the week so far i'll see if a can do some a little later tho :happy:

Well the scale didnt change :sad: i managed my exercise over the weekend but wen over cals on both days (sorry guys) BUT!!! today i am upt together on everything and already done 50 of the extra sit-ups!

Well my legs feel like they are about to fall off but i completed todays challenges :-D under calories on target for water and exercise done (also completed an extra 6 miles for the challenge!!)

hey peeps!! sorry i've not logged on for while been really busy!! So far this week ive completed all the exercise challenges inc. 2 of my 5 extra miles AND drank all 8 glasses of water everyday!! Sadly i did go over on calories on monday but i'll work hard for the rest of the week and hopefully still have a loss this…
